Decorating a home or preparing a residence for sale can be time-consuming and expensive. Spending a little money to make sure you get it right is a good investment.
Art Rental:
Art Rental for home staging is available directly through Art and Soul Interiors. Clients of "Spotlight on Decor" should talk to Susan Philips about special pricing arrangements. Rental prices are 10% of the purchase price of the artwork and range from $10 to $100 per month. Package rates are availalbe for rental of 10 or more paintings at the same time.
Colour Consultations:
$75 per hour (minimum 1 hour)
Interior Decorating Consultations:
$75 per hour (minimum 1 hour)
Home Staging Consultations:
These usually take between 2 and 4 hours. You will be provided with a written report detailing how to prepare your home for sale including curb appeal, furniture layout, lighting, cleanliness, clutter, repairs and paint recommendations.
$150 for the first 2 hours. Additional time is $75 per hour.
Home Staging Services:
The cost of staging a home depends on the amount of work to be done and the number of stagers required.
Option 1: The home owners stage the house themselves following the suggestions in the written report resulting from the consultation. It is recommended that friends and family are asked to help.
Option 2: The home owner can work together with Art and Soul Interiors to stage the home.
Option 3: Art and Soul Interiors will stage the home.
In each case the whole house can be staged (recommended) or just featured rooms.
Open House Fine Tuning:
This is only available to clients who have already completed prep work and staged their home. Fine tuning rates are $75 per hour (minimum 1 hour).
Personal Shopping:
Personal shopping for items such as furniture, fixtures, finishes and accessories is available for $40 per hour.
